Customer Success Summit 2019 was Totango’s inaugural executive event aimed at engaging business leaders at the highest levels. From securing the right venue to orchestrating the details of the white glove attendee experience, Team Shiloh helped Totango plan a luxury event with “destination travel” appeal.

Carneros Resort & Spa, in California’s Napa Valley, was selected for its ability to deliver high-end service, accommodations and amenities that would please attendees. Set amidst amazing wine-country scenery, Carneros provided an ideal backdrop of luxury, gourmet food, interesting regional activities, and easy access.

Every detail of the executive summit was attended to from the moment guests arrived. Guests were greeted with a selection of fine wine and chauffeured to private cottages pre-stocked with gifts from Totango. Throughout the event there was an emphasis on delivering an exclusive experience of the Napa Valley.

Sit-down meals featured custom menus centered around fresh local fare.

The conference room was carefully selected and laid out to ensure maximum comfort, visibility, and function. Every need was anticipated and provided for before attendees entered.

An evening reception provided an informal setting for networking, sharing, and collaboration between attendees and Totongo executives. Attendee activities included a winery tour, a unique wine cave lunch, and a custom wine blending experience where they experimented with mixing wines to suit personal tastes.
