CEO, Eric Yuan, founded Zoom with the goal of increasing workplace happiness by delivering a better tool for workplace communications. He envisioned Zoomtopia as an experiential metaphor for the happiness Zoom products are delivering to the workplace. Event day delivered not only the thought-leading content expected at a big-name event, but also an unprecedented attendee experience designed to bring Zoom’s catch-phrase, “Sponsors of Happiness”, to life.

Transforming a Venue

The venue vision was to create a Zoom utopia that would transport conference attendees the moment they entered. Zoom selected the sprawling San Mateo County Event Center and styled its spaces from the ground up as a one-of-a-kind conference experience.

Learning the Ropes

Shiloh provided the the resources Zoom needed to execute their first time conference. The skillful team members of Zoom took full advantage of the opportunities of making an impact with their customers and sponsors. From marketing plan to agenda templates, to graphic design for marketing and stage materials, to registration reports, Zoom was able to navigate the waters of conference planning successfully.
