Zoomtopia 2018

Zoom worked with Shiloh Events to create a spectacular two-day event full of fun and surprises. The undersea-themed extravaganza immersed attendees in an experience showcasing how Zoom products deliver workplace happiness.

The San Jose Convention Center was transformed into a coral reef ecosystem, highlighting Zoom product adoption. In the main event hall, attendees explored beautifully outfitted Zoom Rooms configurations, discussed questions with Zoom technical staff, and experienced product demo grottos featuring partner enhancements and integrations.

In the deep ocean hues of the general session hall, schools of fish swam up rippling blue walls, and Happy, a life-sized humpback whale, floated high above. Attendees relaxed on jewel-toned soft furnishings as they enjoyed speakers, including Serena Williams, and engaged with Zoom’s Happiness Crew in many interactive sessions.

Zoomtopia 2018’s grand finale, the “Celebration of Happiness,” took the form of a luxury outdoor festival, complete with a Ferris wheel and a mechanical shark. Attendees dined on all-you-can-eat gourmet street food, and headline performer Macklemore wrapped up the event with a show-stopping performance.
