At Culture First Forum, New York 2019, business executives from across the U.S. met to share, discuss, and learn how to build a better workplace. Shiloh Events helped Culture Amp plan the two-day luxury event that brought together executives with a shared passion for great company culture.

The Mohonk Mountain House, a Victorian Castle resort in the Hudson Valley ninety miles north of New York City, provided a tranquil and private location for this executive retreat. Guests were shuttled in to the pristine mountain location from downtown Manhattan, arriving in time for breakfast and a mid-morning kick-off of “Super Learning.”

Upon arrival attendees were introduced to their cohort, a small group sharing similar company characteristics. Cohorts provided a foundation for quickly establishing common ground, more meaningful interaction, and deeper connection durring the working sessions.
