The Culture First community includes tens of thousands of members on a mission to create a better world of work. From seasoned leaders to new managers, Culture First Global has for many years offered HR professionals an opportunity to connect with others, build relationships, and share ideas. 2021 marked the first year the event was held virtually.

The event offered live and interactive connection sessions as well as curated keynotes and breakouts. Attendees joined in real-time discussions, asked questions and explored solutions with industry thought leaders. Wellbeing breaks punctuated the day with activities such as guided meditation, networking tables, a photo booth, and live koalas on camera.

Special guest speaker, Adam Grant, delivered a keynote based on principles from his best-selling book Think Again.
