Redis brought their global sales team to Miami, Florida to celebrate the team’s accomplishments and kickoff the new fiscal year. The event theme of Elevate highlighted core elements of sales success including teamwork, preparation, action and customers. The team enjoyed four days of learning and activities including motivational keynotes, success wins from their peers, and an innovative expo hall.

The multi-day SalesLab gave attendees a chance to personalize their SKO experience based on their role and tenure at Redis. This expo hall environment offered a selection of one-on-one genius bars, interactive exhibits, and festival-style stage presentations. A “SuccessFest” featured round-robin style sessions exploring sales wins and losses from around the globe. Top performers were recognized at a special awards dinner and show.
