Spring Health developed their Reimagining Mental Wellness Summit in honor of their five year anniversary and Mental Health Awareness month. The half-day summit explored the future of mental wellness at work. HR managers had the opportunity to hear from other leaders about plans and policies for supporting employee mental health in the post-COVID transition back to the workplace.

Attendees were inspired by thought leaders such as Esther Perel. Live panels of leading practitioners delivered insights, strategies, and stories from the field. Award-winning duo, The Bengsons, composed and performed original music for the event.
